Professor Sarah Larkins

Professor Sarah Larkins is a distinguished research leader and academic general practitioner. Dean of the College of Medicine and Dentistry and Professor of Health Systems Strengthening at James Cook University, Sarah has extensive experience in rural health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, health services and workforce research, Sarah is an internationally recognised expert in social accountability within health professional education.

Professor Nico Adams

Professor Nico Adams is the Associate Dean of Industry and Innovation at James Cook University, and Optus Chair of Digital Innovation and IoT. With extensive expertise in leveraging digital technologies, Nico focuses on driving business outcomes through innovation and collaboration. His work emphasises co-creating positive, technology-enabled solutions that address complex challenges across industries, fostering growth and transformation.

Professor Ron White

Professor Ron White is the Dean of the College of Science and Engineering at James Cook University. He is an expert in the mathematical and statistical modelling of highly non-equilibrium systems, with a strong focus on applying these methodologies to complex real-world problems. Ron’s research contributes to advancing our understanding of dynamic systems across various disciplines, including ecology, epidemiology, and engineering.

Dr Michelle Krahe

Dr. Michelle Krahe is a Senior Research Fellow in Digital Health Implementation at James Cook University and Program Manager of NARDHC. With extensive experience in health research, she specialises in evidence-based practice, implementation science, clinical and health systems research, and data analytics to drive impactful digital health solutions. Michelle is dedicated to advancing the integration of technology into healthcare to improve patient outcomes and system efficiencies.

Brenda Murphy

Brenda Murphy is a Project Support Officer at James Cook University, where she provides support to the NARDHC program. With a diverse background across health, government, and university sectors, Brenda previously served as an Education and Training Officer with the AGPT training program. She has also contributed as a research assistant and training program advisor, bringing a wealth of experience to her current role in driving the success of key projects.
